Cement Masonry Instructor
Carl Clymo has over 20 years of experience in the concrete industry and has been a proud member of the OPCMIA for 19 years. He graduated from the United Cement Masons Local #780 JATC Apprenticeship Program in 2009 and now serves as an instructor. Carl is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of cement masons, sharing the skills, knowledge, and craftsmanship he gained from seasoned journeymen early in his career. Through Job Corps, he is able to pass along the tricks of the trade and prepare young men and women to succeed in the industry. His commitment to teaching ensures that apprentices are equipped with the tools they need to build strong, successful careers.

Richard Schenkel
Plastering Instructor
A 2004 graduate of OPCMIA Local 592’s Apprenticeship Program, Richard Schenkel brings 12 years of experience as a plasterer and three years as a union plastering contractor in Philadelphia to his position as Plastering Instructor at the Keystone Job Corps Center. “I am looking forward to passing the knowledge of what I’ve learned onto the future generation,” he said.
