A 1999 graduate of OPCMIA Local 526’s apprenticeship program, Richard Gulyas brings 27 years of experience to his role as cement mason instructor at the Pittsburgh Job Corps Center. “Job Corps allows me to teach aspiring cement finishers to become an apprentice and hopefully a journeyman and OPCMIA member,” he said. “I feel grateful to have this opportunity to be able to enrich the lives of my students.”
